Location

Our home is located in a gated community which overlooks the fourth fairway of the Southern Dunes Golf Course. Southern Dunes is situated on Highway 27 and is 20 minutes from the nearest Disney attraction. It is approximately 45 minutes from Orlando International, and 1 hour from Sandford and Tampa Airport.

Description

Our home is tastefully furnished to a high standard and is fully air-conditioned, with it's own heated pool which backs onto the Golf Course.

There are two double bedrooms, a twin room and two bathrooms. In the lounge the settee folds down into a double bed. All linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. The kitchen has easy access to the dining area with sliding doors, which open out onto the poolside, with panoramic views of the golf course.

On our road is a Cabana with its own large pool and changing facilities. Also holidays makers have access to the clubhouse, tennis courts, a small gym and basketball court.

The Clubhouse is a 5 minute walk from the villa where you can relax and have a meal or a quite drink.

At the entrance to the Southern Dunes is Wal Mart and Wixie Dixie Supermarket, which are open 24 hours. The Florida Medical Centre is also only a 5 minute drive away. There are also a number of restaurants to dine in or a selection of takeaways/delivery food outlets..
